1. Service provider and agreement

pKorix ERP is a cloud-based business management software brand, commercially offered in Saudi Arabia through شركة سيلفر زون (Silver Zone Company). Business identification details are available in the footer. These Terms apply to use of the website and subscribed ERP services, together with the customer's accepted quotation, order and any agreed service schedule. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

2. What the service provides

Features may include accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, point of sale, HR, payroll and other business modules depending on the purchased package, permissions and availability. Product descriptions and quotations identify the purchased scope; features not included in the chosen plan are not automatically part of the subscription.

3. Accounts and authorized users

The customer must provide accurate account details, appoint authorized users, keep credentials secure, promptly report suspected unauthorized access and ensure that use of the service complies with applicable law. The customer controls user permissions and remains responsible for activity through its approved accounts, except to the extent attributable to our breach of applicable duties.

4. Subscription plans and fees

The accepted order or checkout should identify the plan, number of users, modules, storage entitlement, subscription period, applicable taxes and total charges before payment. Prices may be updated for future orders or renewals as disclosed in advance and subject to applicable law. Additional services, migrations or integrations may require a separate quotation.

5. Billing, payments and renewals

Payment timing and accepted methods are stated during subscription. Subscriptions currently renew manually: customers review the renewal offer and make payment for the next period. No automatic subscription charges are collected. Optional automatic renewal may be introduced only with the customer's separate, explicit authorization and lawful cancellation options. Any changes to renewal charges, methods of cancellation or continued access must be communicated as required by law and the agreed order.

6. Trials and demonstrations

Where a trial is offered, the duration, feature restrictions, storage, conversion conditions and any payment requirement will be stated with that offer. A trial does not automatically include paid features or a contractual uptime commitment.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Customers may request cancellation at any time through the designated account-management or support process, including by contacting info@pkorix.com. Because subscriptions currently renew manually, cancelling does not create or authorize a future renewal charge. Access normally continues until the end of the already paid monthly or annual period, unless an earlier end is agreed or required by law or for a lawful service-related reason. Refund requests are considered individually based on the accepted offer, whether the service has been used or provided, the reason for cancellation and applicable Saudi law. Duplicate or incorrectly collected payments will be investigated, corrected and refunded to the extent improperly charged. Where the subscribed service was not provided or a qualifying serious service failure occurs, customers are entitled to applicable legal or contractual remedies, including a refund where due. A change-of-mind request does not automatically guarantee a full refund; statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. We will communicate the applicable outcome and any next steps to the customer.

8. Business records and responsibilities

Customers retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the business data they record, their accounting decisions, tax filings and regulatory obligations. pKorix provides software tools; it does not replace licensed accounting, legal or tax advice. Any ZATCA-related functions must be used and verified in accordance with applicable requirements.

9. Customer data and privacy

Customers retain their rights in the records they enter into the ERP. They permit pKorix and its authorized providers to process those records as needed to deliver the agreed services and comply with law. Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and, where necessary, a separate data-processing agreement.

10. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Customers may not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security or redistribute the software without authorization. The pKorix software and associated intellectual property remain with their lawful owners; subscriptions grant only the agreed right to access and use the service.

11. Hosting, maintenance and service changes

We seek to provide a reliable service and may carry out maintenance, upgrades or security work. Interruptions can occur. Any specific uptime commitment, support response time, backup commitment or service-credit entitlement applies only if confirmed in a written service agreement; this general page does not promise a particular SLA.

12. Ending service, access and export

Following expiry or termination, service access may be restricted in accordance with the accepted order and applicable law. Export, backup retention and deletion requests are subject to the technical processes, agreed timelines and lawful recordkeeping duties communicated to the customer. Customers should arrange necessary exports before account closure.

13. Liability and remedies

Any limitation of liability must be reasonable, clearly agreed and lawful. Nothing in these Terms removes remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Specific commercial limitations, if any, should be set out in the accepted customer agreement and reviewed by qualified counsel.

14. Changes, governing law and contact

We may revise these Terms for future orders and existing subscriptions where permitted, with notice as required. Saudi Arabian law applies to Saudi contracts, subject to mandatory legal provisions and the agreed dispute-resolution terms. For subscription or legal enquiries contact info@pkorix.com. This page is a draft pending verification of the legal entity, subscription policies and legal review.
